3.1 Buyer Accounts

To purchase Products on the Platform, Buyers must register for an account. During registration, you will be required to provide certain information, including your name, email address, and payment details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 Vendor Accounts

To sell Products on the Platform, Vendors must register for an account and provide detailed store information, including business name, contact details, product categories, and payment receiving information. All vendor applications are subject to review and approval by Ashya2at.com. We reserve the right to deny or revoke Vendor status at our sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

Ashya2at.com acts as a platform connecting Buyers and Vendors. We are not a party to any transaction between Buyers and Vendors. We do not sell, resell, or endorse any Products listed on the Platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any Products or Content provided by Vendors.

4.2 Product Listings

Vendors are solely responsible for their Product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. Vendors must ensure that their listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as Ashya2at.com’s policies.

4.3 Orders and Payments
